We need volunteers who can work during the fair! Can you work one or more hours? Please contact the following individuals below as they look to schedule coverage for their village location.
Bistro – We need help on the serving line. Contact Ruth Mooney about cooking at [email protected] or 581-4110 Bakery – need donations of baked goods and/or work at the table during the fair. Contact Janice Dellacroce at [email protected] or 267- 6883. Greeters – greeters needed to welcome our guests. Contact Kerry Bergeron at [email protected] or 524-8044. Decorating – help needed to decorate the hall the week leading up to the fair. Contact Janet Leroux [email protected] or 267-8105. Town Hall/Penny Sale – help sell raffle tickets during the fair contact Nadine Salley at 528-6326. Help sell penny sale tickets during the fair and contact winners after the fair contact Lisa Tuthill at [email protected] or 630-4499. Silent Auction – help setting up the area contacting winners after the fair. Contact Dick Dumais at [email protected] or 455-3149. Craft Table – work at the table during the fair and/or donate crafts. Contact Gail Grafton at [email protected]. Jewelry Table – donate jewelry and/or work at the table. Jewelry Table: Jewelry and gently used small Christmas items. Silent Auction: New items or gift certificates Penny Sale: All tickets pulled from the board need to be delivered by the weekend of November 9th and 10th. Bakery Table: We need a variety of baked goods for the Bakery!
