How You Can HelpWe need volunteers who can work during the fair! Can you work one or more hours? Please contact the following individuals below as they look to schedule coverage for their village location.
Bistro – We need help on the serving line. Contact Charlie Burke at [email protected] or 520-2957. Bakery – need donations of baked goods and/or work at the table during the fair. Contact Janice Dellacroce at [email protected] or 267-6883. Hall Set Up and Clean Up – We need help setting up the hall on Sunday, November 4 at 1 pm. Contact Dick Dumais at [email protected]. Decorating – help needed to decorate the hall the week leading up to the fair. Contact Janet Leroux [email protected] or 267-8105. Town Hall/Penny Sale – help sell raffle tickets during the fair contact Laurette Young [email protected] or 361-5162. Cash Raffle
$1500, $500, $200 Tickets: $1 or $5 for book of 5 Raffle Tickets
If you need more raffle tickets to sell, please go take as many as you need. They are located in the basket at the entrance to the church. Sold tickets can be placed in a marked envelope in the weekly collection basket. Everyone’s help is needed to make this a success. Items Needed for Christmas Fair Silent Auction Do you own a business or work for an employer who would be willing to provide an item, or gift certificate for the Christmas Fair Silent Auction? Would you or your business be willing to underwrite some of the fair expenses? If so, please contact Cathy Dumais at 528-4295 or email her at [email protected]. Bakery Table We need a variety of baked goods for the Bakery! Items to be baked have been posted at the church entrance! Jewelry Table Donations of jewelry and small Christmas items are needed for the jewelry table. |
