July 6 Update
Christmas in the Village News

Beginning the weekend of July 12 and 13, the Christmas in the
Village committee will have collection areas in the basement
of the church for books, puzzles,, and jewelry. Please place the
books and puzzles on the tables in the back left part of the par-
ish hall. The jewelry can be placed in the basket on the table
near the food pantry tote bin. The craft area will also accept
handmade craft items, and the Christmas will be looking for
gently used Christmas decorations.
The Silent Auction is one of the largest fund raisers of the fair
and needs a chairperson. The solicitation letters have been
mailed and we already have positives responses. The respon-
sibilities of the chair include accepting donations as they come
in, organizing and displaying donations for the Fair, keeping
track of bids, and notifying the high bidders . There is a note-
book with all the instructions available for chairing this very
vital part of our fair.
Please contact Mary Lacroix at 603-286-7867 or [email protected].
